Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Exchanging or returning can be done quickly and easily by emailing us at help@ninelondon.co.uk

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. We want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we proudly offer absolute satisfaction guarantees that ensure you’ll receive your item on time and as described.

Our highest priority is to make you happy, so everyone who shops on theautomerch.com receives the following guarantees:

  • full refund if you don’t receive your order;
  • full refund if your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time (15 business days);
  • full or partial refund if the item is not as described or damaged;
  • full refund if you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused).

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address);
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

You can submit refund requests within:

  • 10 business days after the order is delivered;
  • 15 business days since your order was placed. You can do it by sending a message on ninelondon.co.uk

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Easy Returns

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund.

You have the right to return your order within 10 calendar days starting from the day on you have received your package.

RETURN CONDITIONS: All items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition suitable for resale with the tags still attached to the items. Shipping costs are not refundable.

The product must be in an unused condition and in its original packaging, if possible, with all its accessories and all packaged components.

RETURN COSTS: Returns are on your own cost depending on the courier and the country you return your package from.

Shipping costs will also be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer personal reasons, such as didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, etc.

We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or a faulty product.

How to Return an Item

If you want to initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  • Please send us a photo of the products you’ve received with the return request to the help@ninelondon.co.uk and we will guide you through the steps.
  • Return the item to the provided address in the response email as soon as possible and send us the tracking number after you ship the item.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

 

RETURN PROCESSING TIME: If you indicate that you would like to exchange a product when you register your return, we will immediately get to work on this. This way we can ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days.

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse we process it within 10 working days. You can track your return shipment, and see when the package arrived at our warehouse. After the refund has been made, please note that it can take up to 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your bank account.

What can I do if my exchange product is no longer available?

Ask our customer service team about the possibilities. We will give you an update on when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If you have already created your return and the product is sold out, we will contact you and work with you to find a solution.

Where can I find my order number to register my return?

Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This is a five digit code. If you have not received this e-mail correctly, our customer service will be happy to help you.

What should I do if a product is delivered faulty or damaged?

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipment or production. We are of course happy to resolve this with you. Please send a message to help@ninelondon.co.uk with a picture of the complaint. Our customer service will work with you as quickly as possible to find a solution.

What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?

Please remember to deliver your return within the 14-day period before the return period expires. In the unlikely event that you do go over the return period, we can not offer you a refund. If possible, we may offer you the option of exchanging the product for a replacement or a voucher. Please ask our customer support team if there are any possibilities.
